Acesta trebuie considerat ca o baz\u0103 teoretic\u0103 pentru parteneriatul proiectului E + KA204 DigiCulture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documentul a \u00eencercat s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 la urm\u0103toarele \u00eentreb\u0103ri: 1. Care abord\u0103ri de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pot spori dezvoltarea competen\u021belor digitale la angaja\u021bii CI Adult? 2. Ce competen\u021be digitale pot sprijini incluziunea social\u0103 a adul\u021bilor implica\u021bi \u00een sectorul IC? 3. Ce practici ale profesorilor \u0219i educatorilor pot promova cel mai bine dezvoltarea competen\u021belor digitale \u0219i transversale ale cursan\u021bilor?<br>\nAu fost identificate 45 de lucr\u0103ri relevante, iar partenerii le-au analizat printr-un sistem comparativ. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te tipul de program educa\u021bional, lucr\u0103rile analizate provin \u00een principal din contexte educa\u021bionale formale. Num\u0103rul mic de experimente educa\u021bionale \u00een contexte informale relev\u0103 disponibilitatea limitat\u0103 \u0219i \/ sau posibilitatea institu\u021biilor educa\u021bionale informale de a experimenta \u0219i disemina rezultatele cercet\u0103rilor \u00een domeniu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te strategiile de predare e<em>-\u00eenv\u0103\u0163are<\/em>&nbsp;\u0219i&nbsp;<em>metodologii de g\u00e2ndire critic\u0103<\/em>&nbsp;sunt cele mai frecvente strategii de predare utilizate.&nbsp;<em>Activit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare electronic\u0103<\/em>&nbsp;\u0219i abordarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii bazat\u0103 pe anchet\u0103 sunt \u00eentotdeauna legate de&nbsp;<em>Informare \u0219i alfabetizare a datelor<\/em>&nbsp;dimensiune.&nbsp;<em>Colaborativ<\/em>&nbsp;activit\u0103\u021bile sunt prezentate \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu&nbsp;<em>Gestionarea datelor, informa\u021biilor \u0219i con\u021binutului digital<\/em>&nbsp;pricepere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materialele de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare utilizate \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile de educa\u021bie experimental\u0103 analizate sunt \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu promovarea competen\u021belor digitale: mass-media digital\u0103, site-ul web \u0219i software-ul, clasa deschis\u0103 \u0219i software-ul Chat online. MOOC-urile au fost utilizate sau gestion\u00e2nd datele digitale, evalu\u00e2ndu-le \u0219i colabor\u00e2nd cu al\u021bi cursan\u021bi \u00een timpul experien\u021bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevoia de a proiecta \u0219i de a realiza c\u0103i educa\u021bionale pentru promovarea competen\u021belor digitale adresate lucr\u0103torilor din sectorul IC este \u00eenc\u0103 fundamental\u0103. Prin ac\u021biuni specifice \u0219i experimentarea educa\u021biei ini\u021biale, proiectul DigiCulture inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 dezvolte o cale de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare adresat\u0103 sectorului educa\u021bional CI. Cercetarea a fost implementat\u0103 prin utilizarea a dou\u0103 instrumente de colectare a datelor create pentru acest proiect \u0219i a implicat aproximativ 170 de p\u0103r\u021bi interesate, lucr\u0103tori \u0219i profesioni\u0219ti din domeniul industriilor creative \u0219i culturale din 7 \u021b\u0103ri europene diferite: Austria, Italia, Marea Britanie, Irlanda, Rom\u00e2nia, Lituania \u0219i Danemarca . Cele dou\u0103 instrumente de colectare a datelor, sondajul \u0219i interviul, au fost utilizate pentru a explora urm\u0103toarele domenii de investiga\u021bie: cele mai solicitate abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale de c\u0103tre profesioni\u0219tii CI; cele mai eficiente instrumente \u0219i metode de predare \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare pentru abilit\u0103\u021bile digitale ale angaja\u021bilor \u0219i promovarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor transversale; cea mai eficient\u0103 metodologie de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare care trebuie utilizat\u0103 \u00een cursuri online, cum ar fi MOOC, pentru adul\u021bi cu abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale sc\u0103zute. Documentul prezint\u0103 separat rezultatele cercet\u0103rilor efectuate prin sondaje \u0219i interviuri. Instrumentele de evaluare sunt puse la dispozi\u021bie \u00een acest document. La finalul documentului sunt prezentate concluziile cercet\u0103rii efectuate. Rezultatele vor fi utilizate \u00een cadrul proiectului DigiCulture pentru a crea un curs online pentru profesioni\u0219ti adul\u021bi din sectorul CI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercetarea arat\u0103 c\u0103 toate cele 5 dimensiuni ale competen\u021belor digitale definite de DigComp 2.1 sunt \u00een general considerate esen\u021biale de c\u0103tre profesioni\u0219tii CI \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bile interesate: 1. Informare \u0219i alfabetizare a datelor 2. Comunicare digital\u0103 \u0219i colaborare 3. Crearea de con\u021binut digital 4. Siguran\u021b\u0103 digital\u0103 5. Digital rezolvarea problemelor. Rezultatele cercet\u0103rii subliniaz\u0103 importan\u021ba promov\u0103rii competen\u021belor digitale \u00eempreun\u0103 cu abilit\u0103\u021bile creative, un domeniu important pentru domeniul de lucru luat \u00een considerare. \u00cen urm\u0103torii 10 ani, abilit\u0103\u021bile digitale ar trebui considerate a fi mult mai importante dec\u00e2t acum: comunicare digital\u0103 \u0219i colaborare, siguran\u021b\u0103 digital\u0103 \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi de comunicare digital\u0103 \u0219i colaborare, \u00een special. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te competen\u021bele digitale care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite la angaja\u021bii CI, dimensiunile informa\u021biei \u0219i alfabetiz\u0103rii digitale sunt considerate de responden\u021bi ca fiind cea care ar trebui promovat\u0103 cel mai mult: \u00een special, gestionarea \u0219i evaluarea datelor, informa\u021biilor \u0219i con\u021binutului digital. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te siguran\u021ba digital\u0103, protec\u021bia datelor cu caracter personal \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile de confiden\u021bialitate ar trebui \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bite pe calea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare ad hoc. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te dimensiunea de creare a con\u021binutului digital, angaja\u021bii din domeniul CI ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u00een dezvoltarea con\u021binutului digital \u0219i integrarea \u0219i reelaborarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de con\u021binut digital. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te dimensiunea de rezolvare a problemelor digitale, utilizarea creativ\u0103 a tehnologiilor digitale este definit\u0103 a fi dezvoltat\u0103 la angaja\u021bii CI de c\u0103tre majoritatea participan\u021bilor la cercetare.<\/p>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-European-and-National-research-on-digital-competence-validation_DCU-Feedback.pdf\"  class=\"shortcode-button button border-box button-small size-small style-accent\" >Desc\u0103rca\u021bi documentul complet O1.2<\/a>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-European-and-National-research-on-digital-competence-validation_DCU-Feedback.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\"  data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-European-and-National-research-on-digital-competent-validation_DCU-Feedback<br\/><\/a>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezumat O1.3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma defini\u021biei&nbsp;<em>Cadrul conceptual al competen\u021belor digitale pentru cultur\u0103 \u0219i industriile creative<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.1) \u0219i&nbsp;<em>Cercet\u0103ri europene \u0219i na\u021bionale privind validarea competen\u021belor digitale<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.2) raport, prezentul document intitulat&nbsp;<em>Liniile directoare pentru competen\u021bele digitale pentru industriile creative<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.3) a fost realizat pentru a oferi proiectului DigiCulture o baz\u0103 teoretic\u0103 din care s\u0103 se dezvolte Cursul DigiCulture (O3) \u00een VLH (O2). O compara\u021bie \u00eentre&nbsp;<em>Cadrul conceptual al competen\u021belor digitale pentru cultur\u0103 \u0219i industriile creative<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.1) \u0219i practicile actuale sunt \u00eentreprinse, conduc\u00e2nd la identificarea lacunelor care trebuie solu\u021bionate (O1.2). Aceast\u0103 compara\u021bie ia \u00een considerare cele mai necesare abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale din sectorul CI, identificate de p\u0103r\u021bile interesate na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale din sectorul CI \u00een sine. Mai mult, a fost realizat\u0103 o compara\u021bie \u00eentre instrumente \/ grupuri de instrumente \u0219i programa DigiCulture, pentru a se concentra asupra con\u021binuturilor, abilit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i cazurilor de utilizare pentru promovarea competen\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor digitale la angaja\u021bii CI prin intermediul DigiCulture MOOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pornind de la cadrul general \u201eDigComp 2.1:&nbsp;<em>Cadrul de competen\u021b\u0103 digital\u0103 pentru cet\u0103\u021beni \u201d&nbsp;<\/em>(Carretero \u0219i colab., 2017), partenerii proiectului \u0219i-au concentrat aten\u021bia asupra celor cinci dimensiuni ale competen\u021bei digitale descrise \u00een cadrul: 1. Informare \u0219i alfabetizare a datelor 2. Comunicare \u0219i colaborare 3. Crearea de con\u021binut digital 4. Siguran\u021b\u0103 5. Rezolvarea problemelor .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ciuda utilit\u0103\u021bii cadrului DigiComp 2.1, acesta nu ofer\u0103 direc\u021bii specifice cu privire la rolul acestor competen\u021be \u00een sectorul CI (care este centrul proiectului DigiCulture). Din acest motiv, au fost efectuate cercet\u0103ri suplimentare pentru a \u00een\u021belege modul \u00een care cele cinci dimensiuni generale ale competen\u021bei digitale, descrise \u00een cadrul DigiComp 2.1, ar putea fi mai bine contextualizate \u0219i \u00een\u021belese \u00een sectorul CI. Aceast\u0103 cercetare a constat dintr-o revizuire sistematic\u0103 a literaturii (O.1.1) \u0219i anchete cantitative (n = 148) \u0219i interviuri (n = 21) efectuate cu un e\u0219antion de p\u0103r\u021bi interesate din sectorul CI (O1.2).
