{"id":1759,"date":"2019-01-20T18:05:22","date_gmt":"2019-01-20T18:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wordpress\/?p=1759"},"modified":"2020-12-08T13:25:57","modified_gmt":"2020-12-08T11:25:57","slug":"output-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/ro\/output-6\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezultatul 6 - Evaluarea eficien\u021bei cursului de competen\u021be digitale pentru cultur\u0103, asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i durabilitate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><a name=\"_Toc526260609\"><\/a>O6 Evaluarea eficacit\u0103\u021bii cursului de competen\u021be digitale pentru cultur\u0103, asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i durabilitate<\/h1>\n<p>Acest rezultat se refer\u0103 la evaluarea, asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i durabilitatea proiectului \u0219i rezultatele acestuia.<\/p>\n<p>Strategia de evaluare a abilit\u0103\u021bilor digitale pentru cultur\u0103 face parte din metodologia de inginerie socio-cognitiv\u0103 (Sharples, 2002) implementat\u0103 de-a lungul acestui proiect \u0219i este un proces continuu. Evaluarea va consta \u00een diferite etape \u0219i va fi implementat\u0103 la fiecare rezultat: evaluarea conceptului \u0219i a orient\u0103rilor (O1), testarea VLH \u00een func\u021bie de propriile cerin\u021be de utilizare (O2); evaluarea curriculumului \u0219i a con\u021binutului cursului \u00een raport cu nevoile grupului \u021bint\u0103 (O3), evaluarea instrumentelor de e-evaluare a abilit\u0103\u021bilor digitale \u00een raport cu cerin\u021bele lor specifice (O4) \u0219i evaluarea eficacit\u0103\u021bii pilo\u021bilor \u00een \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea abilit\u0103\u021bilor digitale ale adul\u021bilor implica\u021bi (O5) ).<\/p>\n<p>Eficacitatea este definit\u0103 ca \u00eendeplinirea obiectivelor utilizatorilor. Pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea online, exist\u0103 multe instrumente \u0219i tehnici care sunt utilizate pentru a evalua eficacitatea (Andone, 2012; Mosakhani, 2010).<\/p>\n<p>Evaluarea eficien\u021bei cursului \u0219i a pilo\u021bilor va fi efectuat\u0103 continuu \u0219i se va concentra asupra dimensiunilor care afecteaz\u0103 \u00een mod direct eficien\u021ba MOOC: interactivitate, colaborare, pedagogie, con\u021binut, tehnologie, utilizare, motivare, evaluare \u0219i sprijin pentru cursan\u021bi. Un amestec de metode calitative \u0219i cantitative va fi utilizat pentru a evalua eficacitatea, pentru a \u00een\u021belege mai bine perspectivele participan\u021bilor cu privire la eficacitatea MOOC. Acestea vor include un chestionar online, precum \u0219i informa\u021bii calitative despre experien\u021ba lor pe parcursul cursului prin m\u0103rturii, interviuri \u0219i focus grupuri. Acestea vor fi coroborate cu rezultatele raportului de analiz\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii (O2) pentru a crea o imagine complet\u0103 pentru raportul de evaluare final\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Activitatea din acest rezultat este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een patru activit\u0103\u021bi - Cadrul de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii (6.1), Cadrul general de evaluare (6.2), evaluarea eficacit\u0103\u021bii cursului \u0219i a pilotului (6.3) \u0219i planul de durabilitate (6.4). Aceste activit\u0103\u021bi sunt esen\u021biale pentru asigurarea succesului proiectului \u0219i vor ghida activitatea nu numai \u00een cadrul parteneriatului, ci \u0219i \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu comunitatea cultural\u0103 \u0219i de patrimoniu mai larg\u0103 \u0219i cu p\u0103r\u021bile interesate din alte domenii interesate \u00een formarea politicilor sau implementarea \u00een educa\u021bia adul\u021bilor prin sustenabilitatea rezultatele proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>Acest rezultat aplic\u0103 concepte din teoria inova\u021biei, cum ar fi abordarea \u201ecomunit\u0103\u021bii inova\u021biei\u201d pentru definirea cadrului de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i modelul \u201edifuzarea inova\u021biei\u201d pentru dezvoltarea Planului de durabilitate (Rogers, 1995; von Hippel, 1985).<\/p>\n<p>Tip de ie\u0219ire: Metodologii \/ linii directoare - Metod\u0103 \u0219i instrument de evaluare<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc526260610\"><\/a>O6.1 Cadrul de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii<\/h2>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 activitate va defini un cadru de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii pentru implementarea \u00eentregului proiect \u0219i a componentelor sale. Asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii este o problem\u0103 crucial\u0103 \u00een proiectarea oric\u0103rei interven\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, dar mai ales \u00een cazul OER-urilor, MOOC-urilor \u0219i a oric\u0103rei forme sau \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt deschis sau la distan\u021b\u0103, \u00een care elevii vor accesa materiale f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendrumarea unui profesor.<\/p>\n<p>Metodologia va include<\/p>\n<p>- proiectarea standardelor de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii pentru componentele unice ale proiectului (\u00een special O1.2, O2.2, O4.1 \u0219i O5.3)<\/p>\n<p>- proiectarea procesului de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii pentru conectarea \u0219i integrarea standardelor de calitate la toate etapele de dezvoltare a rezultatelor intelectuale, de exemplu prin aplicarea unei metodologii eficiente de proiectare \u0219i dezvoltare, cum ar fi dezvoltarea agil\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe calitate, evalu\u0103rile inter pares ale itera\u021biilor \u0219i rezultatele finale, precum \u0219i calitatea procesul de implementare \u0219i posibile ac\u021biuni corective<\/p>\n<p>- evaluarea bilunar\u0103 a calit\u0103\u021bii muncii \u00een proiect \u0219i rapoarte privind constat\u0103rile pentru a continua implementarea proiectului.<\/p>\n<p>Repere:<\/p>\n<p>O6.1.1.Proiectarea standardelor de asigurare a calit\u0103\u021bii<\/p>\n<p>O6.1.2. Proiectarea instrumentelor de evaluare \u0219i a rapoartelor periodice de progres pentru a ghida implementarea proiectului<\/p>\n<p>Conduc\u0103tor: JMEA<\/p>\n<p>Participare: toate<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc526260611\"><\/a>O6.2 Cadrul de evaluare<\/h2>\n<p>Spre deosebire de QA, care este \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urare, evaluarea proiectului este episodic\u0103 \u0219i va trebui efectuat\u0103 at\u00e2t la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul proiectului, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een etapele cheie din timpul proiectului (\u00een special O2.5, O3.4, O5.3 \u0219i O5.4). Acesta va utiliza at\u00e2t datele colectate intern, c\u00e2t \u0219i le va compara cu informa\u021biile din alte resurse.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluarea va fi efectuat\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul fiec\u0103rei interven\u021bii care implic\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi externe din grupurile \u021bint\u0103 pe care proiectul este conceput s\u0103 le ajute (O5.2, O5.3 \u0219i O5.4).<\/p>\n<p>Evaluarea va fi realizat\u0103 utiliz\u00e2nd interviuri fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i focus grupuri \u00een timpul \u00eent\u00e2lnirilor de proiect \u0219i a altor interven\u021bii \u0219i prin intermediul instrumentelor online (sondaje) pentru e\u0219antioane mai mari.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluarea final\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul proiectului va include dac\u0103 proiectul este eficient din punct de vedere al costului, dac\u0103 poate fi extins \u0219i reprodus \u00een alt\u0103 parte \u0219i dac\u0103 este autosustenabil.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru evaluarea final\u0103, proiectul poate angaja un consultant sau o organiza\u021bie extern\u0103 pentru a oferi o perspectiv\u0103 nou\u0103 asupra realiz\u0103rilor sale.<\/p>\n<p>Repere:<\/p>\n<p>O6.2.1 Identificarea episoadelor de evaluare<\/p>\n<p>O6.2.2 Proiectarea instrumentelor de evaluare cantitativ\u0103<\/p>\n<p>O6.2.3 Proiectarea instrumentelor de evaluare calitativ\u0103<\/p>\n<p>O6.2.4 Proiectarea \u0219i implementarea evalu\u0103rii finale<\/p>\n<p>Conduc\u0103tor: JMEA<\/p>\n<p>Participare: toate<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc526260612\"><\/a>O6.3 Eficacitatea cursului Abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale pentru cultur\u0103<\/h2>\n<p>Pentru a evalua cursul \u0219i pilotul pe baza metodei socio-inginere\u0219ti, vom folosi, de asemenea, un amestec de metode calitative \u0219i cantitative, at\u00e2t pentru a evalua cursul, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru a aduna perspectiva participan\u021bilor asupra eficacit\u0103\u021bii MOOC-urilor mai general (O3.4 \u0219i O3 .5). Raportul de evaluare<\/p>\n<p>Conduc\u0103tor: JMEA<\/p>\n<p>Participare: toate<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc526260613\"><\/a>O6.4 Planul de durabilitate<\/h2>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 activitate se concentreaz\u0103 pe dezvoltarea unui plan de durabilitate pentru rezultatele proiectului dincolo de durata de via\u021b\u0103 a proiectului, inclusiv integrarea \u00een politicile na\u021bionale \u0219i UE. Metodologia utilizat\u0103 se bazeaz\u0103 pe concepte relevante din teoria inova\u021biei, inclusiv difuzarea inova\u021biei \u0219i adoptarea modelelor de inovare.<\/p>\n<p>Validarea strategiei va fi realizat\u0103 prin diferite metode, cum ar fi sondaje, ateliere \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2lniri publice. Planul final de sustenabilitate se va concentra pe leadership, obiective, strategii, sensibilizare \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi.
