MOOC buvo naudojami skaitmeniniams duomenims tvarkyti, juos vertinti ir bendradarbiauti su kitais besimokan\u010diaisiais patirties metu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KI sektoriaus darbuotojams vis dar yra b\u016btinyb\u0117 suprojektuoti ir \u012fgyvendinti skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 ugdymo kelius, skirtus KI sektoriui. Tyrimas buvo \u012fgyvendintas naudojant du duomen\u0173 rinkimo \u012frankius, sukurtus \u0161iam projektui, ir juose dalyvavo apie 170 k\u016brybini\u0173 ir kult\u016bros pramon\u0117s sri\u010di\u0173 darbuotoj\u0173, darbuotoj\u0173 ir profesional\u0173 i\u0161 7 skirting\u0173 Europos \u0161ali\u0173: Austrijos, Italijos, Jungtin\u0117s Karalyst\u0117s, Airijos, Rumunijos, Lietuvos ir Danijos. \u0160ios dvi duomen\u0173 rinkimo priemon\u0117s - apklausa ir interviu - buvo panaudotos tiriant \u0161ias tyrim\u0173 sritis: labiausiai reikalingi skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 reikalaujantys specialistai; efektyviausios mokymo ir mokymosi priemon\u0117s ir metodai, skirti darbuotoj\u0173 skaitmeniniams \u012fg\u016bd\u017eiams ir skersiniams \u012fg\u016bd\u017eiams skatinti; efektyviausi\u0105 mokymosi metodik\u0105, naudojam\u0105 internetiniuose kursuose, pavyzd\u017eiui, MOOC, suaugusiems, turintiems silpnus skaitmeninius \u012fg\u016bd\u017eius. Dokumente atskirai parodomi tyrim\u0173, atlikt\u0173 per apklausas ir interviu, rezultatai. \u0160iame dokumente pateikiamos vertinimo priemon\u0117s. Informacijos ir duomen\u0173 ra\u0161tingumas 2. Skaitmeninis bendravimas ir bendradarbiavimas 3. Skaitmeninio turinio k\u016brimas 4. Skaitmeninis saugumas 5. Skaitmeninis problem\u0173 sprendimas. Tyrim\u0173 rezultatai pabr\u0117\u017eia skaitmenini\u0173 kompetencij\u0173 ir k\u016brybini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 skatinimo svarb\u0105 - svarbi\u0105 nagrin\u0117jamo darbo srit\u012f. Per ateinan\u010dius 10 met\u0173 skaitmeniniai \u012fg\u016bd\u017eiai tur\u0117t\u0173 b\u016bti laikomi daug svarbesniais nei dabar: skaitmenin\u0117s komunikacijos ir bendradarbiavimas, skaitmenin\u0117 sauga ir skaitmenin\u0117s komunikacija bei bendradarbiavimo \u012fg\u016bd\u017eiai. Respondentai mano, kad skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173, kurie turi b\u016bti tobulinami, at\u017evilgiu, informaciniai ir skaitmeninio ra\u0161tingumo aspektai tur\u0117t\u0173 b\u016bti labiausiai skatinami, ypa\u010d duomen\u0173, informacijos ir skaitmeninio turinio valdymas ir vertinimas. Kalbant apie skaitmenin\u0119 saug\u0105, mokymosi procese tur\u0117t\u0173 b\u016bti pagerinta asmens duomen\u0173 ir privatumo \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 apsauga. Palyginami&nbsp;<em>Kult\u016brin\u0117s ir k\u016brybin\u0117s pramon\u0117s skaitmenini\u0173 kompetencij\u0173 principai<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.1) ir vykdoma dabartin\u0117 praktika, leid\u017eianti nustatyti spragas, kurias reikia pa\u0161alinti (O1.2). Palyginus atsi\u017evelgiama \u012f reikalingiausius skaitmeninius \u012fg\u016bd\u017eius KI sektoriuje, kaip\nnustat\u0117 nacionaliniai ir tarptautiniai suinteresuotieji subjektai i\u0161 paties KI sektoriaus. Taip pat buvo atliktas \u012franki\u0173 \/ priemoni\u0173 grupi\u0173 palyginimas su \u201eDigiCulture\u201c mokymo programa, siekiant sutelkti d\u0117mes\u012f \u012f turin\u012f, sugeb\u0117jimus ir naudojimo atvejus, siekiant skatinti skaitmenini\u0173 kompetencij\u0173 ir geb\u0117jim\u0173 naudojim\u0105 CI darbuotojams per \u201eDigiCulture MOOC\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prad\u0117jus nuo bendrosios programos \u201eDigComp 2.1:&nbsp;<em>Pilie\u010di\u0173 skaitmenin\u0117s kompetencijos sistemos\u201c&nbsp;<\/em>(Carretero et al., 2017), projekto partneriai sutelk\u0117 savo d\u0117mes\u012f \u012f penkias skaitmenin\u0117je kompetencijoje apra\u0161ytas dimensijas: 1. Informacijos ir duomen\u0173 ra\u0161tingum\u0105 2. Bendravim\u0105 ir bendradarbiavim\u0105 3. Skaitmeninio turinio k\u016brim\u0105 4. Saugum\u0105 5. Problem\u0173 sprendim\u0105 .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nepaisant \u201eDigiComp 2.1\u201c sistemos naudingumo, joje nepateikiama konkre\u010di\u0173 nurodym\u0173 d\u0117l \u0161i\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 vaidmens KI sektoriuje (kuris yra \u201eDigiCulture\u201c projekto d\u0117mesys).
