The evaluation will consist of different stages and will implemented at every output: evaluation of the concept and guidelines (O1),&nbsp; testing VLH against its own requirements for usability (O2); evaluating the Course Curricula and Content against the needs of the target group (O3), evaluating the e-assessment tools for digital skills against their specific requirements (O4) and evaluating the effectiveness of the pilots in improving digital skills of the adults involved (O5) .<\/p>\n<p>Effectiveness is defined as meeting user goals. For&nbsp; online learning, there are many tools and techniques that are used to evaluate effectiveness (Andone, 2012; Mosakhani, 2010).<\/p>\n<p>Kurso ir bandom\u0173j\u0173 program\u0173 efektyvumo vertinimas bus vykdomas nuolat ir daugiausia d\u0117mesio bus skiriama sritims, kurios daro tiesiogin\u0119 \u012ftak\u0105 MOOC efektyvumui: interaktyvumas, bendradarbiavimas, pedagogika, turinys, technologijos, pritaikymas, motyvacija, vertinimas ir pagalba besimokantiesiems. Veiksmingumui \u012fvertinti bus naudojami kokybiniai ir kiekybiniai metodai, siekiant geriau suprasti dalyvi\u0173 po\u017ei\u016br\u012f \u012f MOOC efektyvum\u0105. Tai apims internetin\u012f klausimyn\u0105, taip pat kokybines \u012f\u017evalgas apie j\u0173 patirt\u012f kurso metu, atsiliepimus, interviu ir tikslines grupes. Jie bus patvirtinti kartu su mokymosi analiz\u0117s ataskaitos (O2) rezultatais, kad b\u016bt\u0173 sukurtas visas galutin\u0117s vertinimo ataskaitos vaizdas.<\/p>\n<p>The work in this output is divided into four activities &#8211; the Quality Assurance Framework (6.1), the overall Evaluation Framework (6.2),&nbsp; the Effectiveness evaluation of the course and pilot (6.3) and the Sustainability plan (6.4). Tam bus naudojamas internetinis klausimynas, kuriame pateikiami \u012fvair\u016bs klausim\u0173 tipai, taip pat bus naudojamos kokybin\u0117s priemon\u0117s, kad b\u016bt\u0173 sukaupta nuomon\u0117 apie patirt\u012f kurso metu, \u012fskaitant atsiliepimus, interviu ir tikslin\u0119 grup\u0119. Vertinimas bus vykdomas vis\u0173 partneri\u0173 kursuose ir visomis kalbomis, tiek \u012fgyvendinant internetines, tiek mi\u0161rias mokymosi aplinkas.
