Pagrindiniai rezultatai apima informuotumo didinim\u0105 apie skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 poreik\u012f k\u016brybini\u0173 industrij\u0173 sektoriuje,  gairi\u0173 rinkin\u012f, aplikacijos ir virtualios mokymosi aplinkos suk\u016brim\u0105, skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 pasiekiamumo ir pripa\u017einim\u0105, pasinaudojant tokiomis priemon\u0117mis, kaip \"Internetiniu Skaitmenini\u0173 \u012eg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 \u012esivertinimo \u012erankiu \" ir \"Atvir\u0173 \u017eenkliuk\u0173\" sistema. Visi kartu jie suteiks nauj\u0173 galimybi\u0173 \u017eemos kvalifikacijos suaugusiems \u012fgyti nauj\u0173 skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 ir tarpkult\u016brini\u0173 kompetencij\u0173 bei pagerins j\u0173 galimybes susirasti darb\u0105 arba geriau pasirodyti savo dabartin\u0117je pozicijoje.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Projektas skirtas suma\u017einti sprag\u0105 k\u016brybini\u0173 industrij\u0173 profesional\u0173 (KI) \u0161vietimo srityje, kur ma\u017eai d\u0117mesio skiriama nauj\u0173 skaitmenini\u0173 technologij\u0173 naudojimui, verslumui (projekt\u0173 valdymui) ir svarbi\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173 \u012fgijimui.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Pasak \u201eEuropos skaitmenin\u0117s pa\u017eangos ataskaitos EDPR\u201c 2016 m. 45 proc. Europos gyventoj\u0173 neturi pakankamai skaitmenini\u0173 \u012fg\u016bd\u017ei\u0173. Remiantis 2017 m. Skaitmenin\u0117s ekonomikos ir visuomen\u0117s indeksu (DESI), tarp \u0161ali\u0173, kurios yra \u0161io projekto partner\u0117s atsiradusios didel\u0117s spragos. Danija yra viena pa\u017eangiausi\u0173 skaitmenini\u0173 ekonomik\u0173 ES, o Lietuva ir Austrija u\u017eima vidutines pozicijas. Tuo tarpu Rumunija ir Italija turi \u017eemiausius DESI balus. Dar 25 000 \u017emoni\u0173 - vietos bendruomeni\u0173 nariai, suaugusi\u0173j\u0173 \u0161vietimo centrai, universitetai, asociacijos, remian\u010dios skaitmeninius \u012fg\u016bd\u017eius, politikos formuotojai ir vietos bei region\u0173 vald\u017eios institucijos - svarbi grup\u0117, kuri netiesiogiai panaudos projekto rezultatus.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Pasibaigus \u201eDigiCulture\u201c projektui, visiems sukurtiems \u012frankiams ir med\u017eiagai bus suteiktos \u201eCreative Commons\u201c licencijos. Viskas bus prieinama internetu arba \u201eDSC\u201c mobiliojoje programoje. The recent pandemic proved to be especially challenging for CI stakeholders but evaluation of our project suggests that it helped improve digital skills, employability, creativity and marketability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its development was based on EU DigComp 2.1, and each course included the development of 2-5 digital competences to at least basic level. The diverse partnership comprised adult education centres from arts, humanities and technical universities, SMEs with expertise in art and eLearning and professionals in eLearning and cultural associations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project targeted young unemployed adults, staff and volunteers in European Capitals of Culture, adult workers with low digital skills at all levels in creative industries, actors, artists and volunteers in traditional activities (dancers, painters, wood and ceramic workers), museums, media, architecture, humanities, cultural and heritage organizations, traditional fairs, freelance performers (musicians, actors), members of disadvantaged and minority groups, stakeholders in creative industries, museums, architecture, humanities, adult education centres, universities, associations which support enhancing digital skills, and local and regional associations and departments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reached <\/span><b>24.871 individuals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from these categories through information and dissemination and involved them in various activities.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>All project objectives were fully or partially met:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0enhance awareness of the need for training in digital skills for CI<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0design and validate cross-country Guidelines for Digital Competences for \/CI<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0create an Integrated Virtual Learning Hub\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0design and develop a Digital Skills and Social Inclusion for Creative Industries Course (DSC), delivered through blended learning and as a fully online MOOC for the target group, with OERs translated into all partner languages.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0improve the achievement and recognition of digital skills through formal and informal learning by introducing e-assessment and Open Badges for adult education in CI<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0provide engaging and effective learning experiences\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0enhance collaboration between education providers, universities, cultural and heritage institutions and associations, cultural actors, workers and volunteers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0provide evidence about how achievement, assessment and validation of digital skills contributes to the uptake of new skills in creative industries<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outcomes include the DSC MOOC, with <\/span><b>13 modules <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">available in EN, RO, DE, IT, LT, DA and GA <\/span><b>(98 courses in 7 languages)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, available online and through blended learning, the Integrated Virtual Learning Hub<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">including new Open Education Resources (OER) and accessible to people with limited digital skills, and validation through e-assessment leading to Open Badges and Certificates for Digital Skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The DSC modules are:<\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/lt\/digiculture-course\/?id=13\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internetas, \u017einiatinklis ir \u012fvadas \u012f skaitmenin\u012f pasaul\u012f<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/lt\/digiculture-course\/?id=14\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital content &amp; Publishing<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/lt\/digiculture-course\/?id=15\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duomen\u0173 apsauga ir atvirosios licencijos<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/lt\/digiculture-course\/?id=16\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skaitmenin\u0117s informacijos rinkimas -
