Die Politehnica-Universit\u00e4t Timisoara hat \u00fcber das e-Learning Center zusammen mit dem Multimedia Center die vierte Ausgabe des Workshops zu digitalen F\u00e4higkeiten und Kompetenzen zur digitalen Kultur, Europeana und Timi\u0219oara 2021<\/a> am Freitag, 13.12. Die Veranstaltung wurde von Dutzenden von Teilnehmern besucht und online per Live-Streaming auf der Facebook-Plattform \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit Dutzenden internationalen Referenten aus den USA, Europa und Rum\u00e4nien richtete sich der Workshop an alle Akteure der Kreativwirtschaft, Kulturschaffende, K\u00fcnstler, Studierende, Lehrende in der universit\u00e4ren und voruniversit\u00e4ren Bildung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Pr\u00e4sentationen dieses Workshops waren Teil der Strategie des Erasmus + DigiCulture-Projekts \u2013 \u201eImproving the Digital Competences and Social Inclusion of Adults in Creative Industries\u201c, um einen kostenlosen Online-Kurs aufzubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Referenten des Workshops pr\u00e4sentierten praktische Beispiele f\u00fcr die Nutzung und Integration digitaler Elemente, von Virtual- und Augmented-Reality-Anwendungen (AR & VR) in Bildung, Kultur und Kulturerbef\u00f6rderung sowie in der Kreativwirtschaft. Der Fokus lag auf Europeana-Sammlungen, Anwendungen zur Aufbewahrung von Kulturg\u00fctern, wie Timisoara2021 in Europeana pr\u00e4sent sein wird, aber auch Methoden zur Verwendung dieser Sammlungen im Bildungsbereich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anhand von Beispielen aus Europa und Timisoara wurden M\u00f6glichkeiten aufgezeigt, Museen, MINT und Kunst bei Jugendlichen mit Hilfe von Robotik, AR- und VR-Anwendungen attraktiv zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Workshops wurden auch die digitale Strategie von Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture und M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit K\u00fcnstlern aus Irland vorgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Pr\u00e4sentation des Projekts Spotlight Heritage Timi\u0219oara, das Konzepte wie digitales Erbe verwendet, integriert in Web- und mobile Anwendungen und die kulturelle Einbindung von Gemeinden, war ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Interesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aus diesem Anlass wurden auch die digitale Kulturdatenplattform von Timisoara2021, die visuelle digitale Identit\u00e4t des Kulturprogramms zur Kulturhauptstadt Europas, die Bewahrung individueller und kollektiver Erinnerungen, die Erschlie\u00dfung, Archivierung von Kulturdaten und die Verbindung mit Europeana ins Leben gerufen .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Veranstaltung begann mit einer Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsrede von Prof. DR. Radu Vasiu, Direktor des Multimedia Centers, gefolgt von Associate Professor Dr. Florin Dr\u0103gan \u2013 der Rektor der UPT, der \u00fcber die Bedeutung von Investitionen in die Digitalisierung sprach. Dr. Diana Andone, Direktorin des CeL, ergreift das Wort und erl\u00e4utert die Bedeutung von Begriffen wie \u201eCreative Industries\u201c oder \u201eDigital Skills\u201c und spricht \u00fcber das Projekt Erasmus + Digital Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hauptgast des Workshops war die Europeana Foundation, vertreten durch Henning Scholz \u2013 Partner and Operations Manager, Europeana Foundation, der die European Digital Library und ihre kulturelle Wirkung vorstellte. Das gleiche Thema wurde auch von Dan Matei \u2013 National Heritage Institute of Europeana Romania angesprochen und die Vorteile und Merkmale der Europ\u00e4ischen Digitalen Bibliothek vorgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Thema stie\u00df im Raum auf gro\u00dfes Interesse, nach der Pr\u00e4sentation folgten eine Reihe von Fragen und Diskussionen zur Praxis der Nutzung der digitalen Bibliothek in Rum\u00e4nien und zum Urheberrecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Antonella Poce, Leiterin des Zentrums f\u00fcr Museumsstudien, Universit\u00e0 Roma Tre, Italien \u2013 erz\u00e4hlte dem Publikum \u00fcber das Tito Rossini-Projekt und wie Soft Skills durch die Gem\u00e4ldesammlungen der Universit\u00e4t entwickelt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assoc. Prof. Mair\u00e9ad Nic Giolla Mhich\u00edl \u2013 Leiter des Ideas Lab, National Institute of Digital Learning, Dublin City University, Irland \u2013 pr\u00e4sentierte die kulturelle Wirkung des Digital Culture-Projekts in Irland durch die Schaffung von MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) mit sprachlichen und kulturelle Besonderheiten der irischen Sprache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assoc. Prof. Hendrik Knoche \u2013 Department of Architecture, Design and Media Technology, Aalborg University, D\u00e4nemark \u2013 pr\u00e4sentierte Methoden zum Einsatz von AR- und VR-Technologien in Bildung, Architektur, Museen und digitalem Erbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine der interessantesten und erwartetesten Pr\u00e4sentationen des Workshops war die von Denise Mc Donagh \u2013 Digital Program Manager, Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture, die die digitale Strategie f\u00fcr Galway \u2013 European Cultural Capital 2020, aber auch das Atlantec-Programm pr\u00e4sentierte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simona Fi\u021b, Oana Romocea, Alexandra For\u021bi\u0219 und Radu Ticiu sprachen \u00fcber eine Reihe von Initiativen zur Finanzierung, F\u00f6rderung und Bildung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im MINT-Bereich: den \u0218tiintesescu-Wettbewerb, das rum\u00e4nische Wissenschaftsfestival, CoderDojo und BioCoderDojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark Frydenberg von der Bentley University, USA, pr\u00e4sentierte die von Google umgesetzten Kulturprojekte und \u201ef\u00fchrte\u201c das Publikum durch eine Reihe internationaler Museen, die durch digitale Technologien virtuell nachgebildet wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anschlie\u00dfend ergreift Dr. Diana Andone das Wort, um das Projekt Erasmus + Digital Culture und die Online-Umfragen des CeL-Teams vorzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sorina Jecza \u2013 InterArt Triade Foundation begeisterte das Publikum mit einer Reihe von Kunstwerken, animiert mit Hilfe von Augmented- und Virtual-Reality-Anwendungen \u2013 dem Kulturprojekt Himere valahe animate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Ing. Carmen Holotescu \u2013 Ioan Slavici University \u2013 stellte dem Publikum die Blockchain-Technologie und die damit auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene durchgef\u00fchrten Projekte vor. Au\u00dferdem stellte sie verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten vor, diese Technologie im Kulturbereich einzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Diana Andone, Dr. Mugur Mocofan, Dr. Vlad Mih\u0103escu, Dr. Silviu Vert \u2013 Politehnica University of Timisoara pr\u00e4sentierten zusammen mit Marius Cornea vom Nationalmuseum Banat die digitalen Anwendungen, die im Rahmen des Projekts Spotlight Heritage Timisoara realisiert wurden, ein Projekt, das wurde von den CeL- und CM-Teams zusammen mit den UPT-Studenten in Partnerschaft mit dem Nationalmuseum Banat und der Timi\u0219oara European Cultural Capital Association 2021 umgesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein weiteres Highlight des Workshops war die Einf\u00fchrung der digitalen Kulturdatenplattform Timisoara2021. Als Teil des Programms, das den Titel Timi\u0219oara 2021 \u2013 Kulturhauptstadt Europas gewann, wurde die Plattform von Mitgliedern des Entwicklungsteams pr\u00e4sentiert: Dr. Diana Andone, Dr. Andrei Ternauciuc und Dr. Mugur Mocofan (Polytehnica University of Timi\u0219oara).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum Abschluss des Workshops sprach Chiara Zuanni \u2013 Universit\u00e4t Graz, \u00d6sterreich \u2013 \u00fcber die digitale Transformation von Museen und die neuen Formen der Kuration und \u00d6ffentlichkeitsarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
