Det skal betragtes som et teoretisk grundlag for partnerskabet E+ KA204 DigiCulture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumentet fors\u00f8gte at besvare f\u00f8lgende sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l: 1. Hvilke l\u00e6ringsmetoder kan forbedre udviklingen af digitale kompetencer hos CI voksne medarbejdere? 2. Hvilke digitale kompetencer kan underst\u00f8tte social inklusion af voksne involveret i CI -sektoren? 3. Hvordan skal voksne elevers digitale kompetencer udvikles for at sikre en reel forbedring af CI -medarbejderes karrieremuligheder og social inklusion? 4. Hvilke l\u00e6rere og p\u00e6dagogers praksis kan bedst fremme elevernes digitale og tv\u00e6rg\u00e5ende udvikling af f\u00e6rdigheder?<br>\n45 relevante papirer er blevet identificeret, og partnere har analyseret dem gennem et sammenligningssystem. Hvad ang\u00e5r typen af uddannelsesprogram, er de analyserede papirer hovedsageligt fra formelle uddannelsesm\u00e6ssige sammenh\u00e6nge. Det lille antal uddannelseseksperimenter i uformelle sammenh\u00e6nge afsl\u00f8rer uformelle uddannelsesinstitutioners begr\u00e6nsede vilje og\/eller mulighed for at eksperimentere og formidle forskningsresultater p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvad ang\u00e5r undervisningsstrategierne e<em>-l\u00e6ring<\/em>&nbsp;og&nbsp;<em>kritiske tankemetoder<\/em>&nbsp;er de mest almindelige undervisningsstrategier, der bruges.&nbsp;<em>E-l\u00e6ringsaktiviteter<\/em>&nbsp;og unders\u00f8gelsesbaseret l\u00e6ringsmetode er altid knyttet til&nbsp;<em>Information og datal\u00e6sning<\/em>&nbsp;dimension.&nbsp;<em>Samarbejde<\/em>&nbsp;aktiviteter pr\u00e6senteres ift&nbsp;<em>H\u00e5ndtering af data, information og digitalt indhold<\/em>&nbsp;evne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e6ringsmaterialet, der bruges i de analyserede eksperimentelle uddannelsesaktiviteter, er i overensstemmelse med reklame for digitale kompetencer: digitale medier, websted og software, \u00e5bent klassev\u00e6relse og online chat -software. MOOC&#039;er blev brugt eller administreret digitale data, evalueret dem og samarbejdet med andre elever under oplevelsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behovet for at designe og realisere uddannelsesveje til fremme af digitale f\u00e6rdigheder rettet til arbejdere i CI -sektoren er stadig grundl\u00e6ggende. Gennem specifikke handlinger og indledende uddannelseseksperimenter har DigiCulture -projektet til hensigt at udvikle en l\u00e6ringsvej adresseret til CI -uddannelsessektoren. Resultaterne af dette f\u00f8rste fors\u00f8g vil v\u00e6re nyttige p\u00e5 nationalt, internationalt og europ\u00e6isk plan for at definere mulige fremtidige handlinger og l\u00e6ringsinterventioner.<\/p>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.1-Digiculture-Conceptual-Framework.pdf\"  class=\"shortcode-button button border-box button-small size-small style-accent\" >Download det fulde dokument O1.1<\/a>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.1-Digiculture-Conceptual-Framework.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\"  data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">FINAL-VERSION_O1.1-Digiculture-Conceptual-Framework<br\/><\/a>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resum\u00e9 O1.2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette dokument pr\u00e6senterer resultaterne af den forskning, der er udf\u00f8rt inden for DigiCulture -projektet, og har til form\u00e5l at identificere uddannelsesm\u00e6ssige behov hos CI -medarbejdere med hensyn til fremme af digitale f\u00e6rdigheder til faglig udvikling og social inklusion. Forskningen blev implementeret ved hj\u00e6lp af to dataindsamlingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, der blev oprettet til dette projekt og involverede omkring 170 interessenter, arbejdere og fagfolk inden for kreative og kulturelle industrier fra 7 forskellige europ\u00e6iske lande: \u00d8strig, Italien, Storbritannien, Irland, Rum\u00e6nien, Litauen og Danmark . De to dataindsamlingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, unders\u00f8gelsen og interviewet, blev brugt til at udforske f\u00f8lgende unders\u00f8gelsesomr\u00e5der: de mest kr\u00e6vede digitale f\u00e6rdigheder af CI -fagfolk; de mest effektive undervisnings- og l\u00e6ringsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og metoder til medarbejderes digitale f\u00e6rdigheder og fremme af tv\u00e6rg\u00e5ende f\u00e6rdigheder; den mest effektive l\u00e6ringsmetode, der skal bruges i onlinekurser, f.eks. MOOC, for voksne med lave digitale f\u00e6rdigheder. Dokumentet viser s\u00e6rskilt resultaterne af forskningen udf\u00f8rt gennem unders\u00f8gelser og interviews. Evalueringsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jerne g\u00f8res tilg\u00e6ngelige i dette dokument. I slutningen af dokumentet pr\u00e6senteres konklusionerne af den udf\u00f8rte forskning. Resultaterne vil blive brugt inden for DigiCulture -projektet til at oprette et online kursus for voksne fagfolk i CI -sektoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unders\u00f8gelsen viser, at alle de 5 dimensioner af digitale kompetencer defineret af DigComp 2.1 generelt betragtes som v\u00e6sentlige af CI -fagfolk og interessenter: 1. Information og datakompetence 2. Digital kommunikation og samarbejde 3. Oprettelse af digitalt indhold 4. Digital sikkerhed 5. Digital probleml\u00f8sning. Forskningsresultaterne understreger vigtigheden af at fremme digitale kompetencer sammen med kreative f\u00e6rdigheder, et vigtigt dom\u00e6ne for det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende arbejdsomr\u00e5de. I de n\u00e6ste 10 \u00e5r b\u00f8r digitale f\u00e6rdigheder anses for at v\u00e6re meget vigtigere end nu: Digital kommunikation og samarbejde, digital sikkerhed og digital kommunikation og samarbejde f\u00e6rdigheder i s\u00e6rdeleshed. Hvad ang\u00e5r digitale f\u00e6rdigheder, der skal forbedres hos CI -medarbejdere, anses informations- og digitalf\u00e6rdighedsdimensionerne af respondenterne for at v\u00e6re den, der b\u00f8r fremmes mest: is\u00e6r h\u00e5ndtering og evaluering af data, information og digitalt indhold. Hvad ang\u00e5r digital sikkerhed, b\u00f8r beskyttelsen af personoplysninger og f\u00e6rdigheder i fortrolighed forbedres ad hoc -l\u00e6ringsvej. Hvad ang\u00e5r dimensionen til oprettelse af digitalt indhold, b\u00f8r medarbejdere inden for CI-feltet v\u00e6re mere uddannet i at udvikle digitalt indhold og integrere og genudvikle digitale indholdskompetencer. Hvad ang\u00e5r dimensionen Digital probleml\u00f8sning, er kreativt brug af digitale teknologier defineret til at blive udviklet hos CI -medarbejdere af de fleste forskningsdeltagere.<\/p>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-European-and-National-research-on-digital-competence-validation_DCU-Feedback.pdf\"  class=\"shortcode-button button border-box button-small size-small style-accent\" >Download det fulde dokument O1.2<\/a>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/digiculture.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-European-and-National-research-on-digital-competence-validation_DCU-Feedback.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\"  data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">FINAL-VERSION_O1.2-europ\u00e6isk og national-forskning-om-digital-kompetence-validering_DCU-feedback<br\/><\/a>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resum\u00e9 O1.3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter definitionen af&nbsp;<em>Konceptuelle rammer for digitale kompetencer for kultur og kreative industrier<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.1) og&nbsp;<em>Europ\u00e6isk og national forskning om digital kompetencevalidering<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.2) rapport, dette dokument med titlen&nbsp;<em>Retningslinjer for digitale kompetencer for kreative industrier<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.3) er blevet realiseret for at give DigiCulture -projektet et teoretisk fundament, hvorfra man kan udvikle DigiCulture -kurset (O3) i VLH (O2). En sammenligning mellem&nbsp;<em>Konceptuelle rammer for digitale kompetencer for kultur og kreative industrier<\/em>&nbsp;(O1.1) og g\u00e6ldende praksis foretages, hvilket f\u00f8rer til identifikation af huller, der skal afhj\u00e6lpes (O1.2). Denne sammenligning tager h\u00f8jde for de mest n\u00f8dvendige digitale f\u00e6rdigheder i CI -sektoren som identificeret af nationale og internationale interessenter fra CI -sektoren selv. Desuden blev der ogs\u00e5 foretaget en sammenligning mellem v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer\/grupper af v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og DigiCulture Syllabus for at fokusere p\u00e5 indhold, evner og use cases til fremme af digitale kompetencer og evner hos CI -medarbejdere gennem DigiCulture MOOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ud fra den generelle ramme \u201cDigComp 2.1:&nbsp;<em>Den digitale kompetence -ramme for borgere \u201d&nbsp;<\/em>(Carretero et al., 2017) fokuserede projektpartnerne deres opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 de fem digitale kompetencedimensioner, der er beskrevet i rammen: 1. Information og datakompetence 2. Kommunikation og samarbejde 3. Oprettelse af digitalt indhold 4. Sikkerhed 5. Probleml\u00f8sning .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 trods af anvendeligheden af DigiComp 2.1 -rammen giver den ikke specifikke anvisninger vedr\u00f8rende disse f\u00e6rdigheders rolle i CI -sektoren (som er fokus for DigiCulture -projektet). Af denne grund blev der foretaget yderligere forskning for at forst\u00e5, hvordan de fem generelle digitale kompetencedimensioner, beskrevet i DigiComp 2.1 -rammen, bedre kunne kontekstualiseres og forst\u00e5s i CI -sektoren. Denne forskning bestod af en systematisk litteraturgennemgang (O.1.1) og kvantitative unders\u00f8gelser (n = 148) og interviews (n = 21) udf\u00f8rt med en stikpr\u00f8ve af interessenter fra CI -sektoren (O1.2).
