With about 32.500 students and 4.000 employees, it is one of the largest institutions of higher education in Austria. It is a comprehensive university offering about 120 study courses at 76 institutes, which are organized in six faculties. The university has a strong international profile and is involved in numerous global networks (e.g. Coimbra Group and Utrecht Network), international and European projects.<\/p><p>The Centre for Information Modelling \u2013 Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities at the University of Graz (henceforth ZIM) was officially founded in 2008, drawing on existing expertise across the Faculty of Humanities, and it is part of the DHd (Digital Humanitites in Germanspeaking countries) and centerNet (International Network of Digital Humanities Centers) networks. ZIM coordinates and delivers DH modules faculty- and university-wide at undergraduate level, and it launched in 2017 a new MA in Digital Humanities.
